>From "Myths of the sages":
"... and on the march he was stung by a scorpion, in the eastern Desert beyond Godswater. For weeks he was lying in ageny on the brink to death, till the beautiful godess Serket-Hetyt blessed our hero, thus he could breath again and regain all his might. Since then he was called Serket the blessed.
Moved by the power and caring love of the gods, Serket appointed the first priest of our holy hindu gods in Corn Brooke, to worship and thank the gods for their daily blessings. ..."

"... while Serkes was ill, new knowledge of the northern areas and of the myths of these lands of myth was learned from the locals where Serkes and his warriors found shelter. ..."

"... but soon Serkets power and faith was tested by the gods, when terrible Lion-Beasts attacked the brave warriors of Serket in the mythical lands to the east, where creatures and people of strange kinds live. But the faith and bravery of the warriors around Serket didn't faint, and they slew the beasts with great courage, even when they were covered by the blood of their many friends which were slaughtered by these monsters. ..."

"... thus Serket called the majestic mountain nearby "Mt. Heroica", that this first battle of our people against the creatures of the mythical distant lands, would be remembered forever. ..."

Historical Note:
Because of the contact with the egytian culture names like Serkes-Hetyt were used also in the Dyarchy, and vise versa hinduism influneced the buddhistic Egypt.

The absence of Serkes while he was ill, and the new believe and its mighty new priest coused some unrest in Corne Brooke. The illnes, the fighting and these plots against his raign caused a early death of Serkes in the camp after the fighting with the lion beasts. Thus a new ruler had to be found... what will his era bring for the believing people of Corn Brooke...
